• mostly for residential development and urban extensions, as the market has dictated

But we have always had an underlying interest in the benefits of development in tackling climate change, global uncertainty, social and community resilience and challenging inequality and lack of opportunity. This has driven us into exploring new markets in a way that is environmentally and economically sustainable.

We already have a “net zero ready”, innovative and wholly sustainable building system that we are about to launch, developed in partnership with global industry partners and UK Universities. Now we have turned our minds to the next opportunity in “campus led” development – after office parks, distribution parks and others, we believe that the Agritech Park should be the next big thing.

Green 4 Developments Ltd was founded in mid-2013 to explore new approaches to site promotion and sustainable development.

It is run by a small, focused team of experienced business people and development professionals – including architects, planners, technical, finance and legal expertise. The firm is proudly independent and seeks to pursue single-entity site promotion that is not reliant on lending and with internal equity holdings
